To Sign or Not to Sign the Ban Mine Treaty

The Ban Mine Treaty was proposed in 1997 and it became international law in 1999.  This is a wonderful way to show who supports the ban and who still needs to join the ban.  The visual aid helps people better understand the global magnitude of support for the ban.
