Survivors of Landmines

    Survivors of landmines face enormous difficulties.  Physical, psychological, community and often national problems affect how well individuals are reintegrated into society.  Here the exhibition focuses on specially prostheses as a particular issue to address.  Also, we highlight the Jesuit Relief Services (from Bosnia) who provide services to children who are landmine survivors.  The Landmine Survivor's Network and the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation provided the prosthetics.
